Introduction to Sawdust Charcoal

- NAMFAST’s sawdust charcoal is produced from a blend of sawdust derived from both hardwood and softwood. As sawdust is a byproduct of the wood industry, using it to manufacture charcoal is a sustainable practice that promotes the circular economy, reduces greenhouse gas emissions, and ensures the product is free from toxic chemicals.

- Sawdust charcoal is a premium, sustainable, and clean-burning fuel suitable for BBQ and Horeca applications. In terms of quality for grilling and heating, it ranks second only to Binchotan charcoal.

Advantages of Sawdust Charcoal:

- Smokeless, odorless;

- Does not explode or emit sparks while burning;

- High calorific value and a carbon content of 70–89% provide a stable heat source;

- Long burn time of 4 to 6 hours;

- Low ash content.
